Project Manager

The main focus of this role is to implement the Priority ERP software at customer sites. When not working on a new project you will be working with existing customers to re-engineer or add value to their existing processes or to implement new modules of the ERP system. Priority is particularly versatile and hence customers stretch across many vertical markets. You will become an expert in the Priority ERP solution.

1st Level Application Support

We are looking for a 1st Level Application support person with excellent communication skills to build relationships with colleagues and customers and resolve issues. You will support our existing customer base in the use of the ERP system.

As a 1st Level Technical Support person you will resolve around 60% of all incidents and will need to thoroughly investigate each issue, understand, replicate and use the tools provided to do everything to resolve the issue. You should be an excellent problem solver, and take ownership of every issue and always strive to keep the customer happy. The role provides an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing, vibrant business and gain exposure to a leading ERP software package.

Responsibilites:
  • Assisting customers with their technical and operational issues
  • Ensuring that all incidents reported are accurately logged
  • Resolving a high % of call via phone and email
  • Owning the progress of all problem queries and change requests
  • Gathering requirements for all change requests
Requirements for the role:
  • Experience in a technology support function (ideally software vendor)
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferred, but not vital)
  • Capable of rapidly understanding business and system processes with customers
  • Use of support desk tools would be an advantage
  • Well developed interpersonal skills
  • A strong sense of ownership regarding the product and issues arising from its usey
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Capacity to think creatively with good problem solving skills

Graduate ERP Implementer

A fantastic opportunity to work with the UK Gold Partner of Priority Software with a head office in Southampton and satellite offices throughout UK and Australia.

The Graduate ERP Implementation Consultant will come from university having completed a degree in an IT or business related subject.

Within This Role You Will Gain:
  • Practical knowledge of industry

  • Exposure to core business analysis functions such as requirements gathering and documentation
Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand, design, develop, test, train & support the implementation of the Priority ERP Software
  • Learn core business principles including (and not limited to) Production, MRP, CRM, Financials, Inventory, WMS
  • Design and document configuration solutions to satisfy client requirements
  • Configure the Priority application
  • Data analysis and manipulation to support processing and configuration requirements
  • Support and liaise with clients during the implementation process
  • Undertake analysis and investigation of issues as appropriate
  • Undertake application testing to confirm the behaviour of items destined for release to clients
  • Coordination and delivery, including deployment, of Implementation and Production releases
Your Experience:
  • Business Computing / Information Systems undergraduate degree
  • Knowledge and/or experience in programming/structured development techniques
  • Database querying skills (SQL)
  • Web technologies such as (API, HTTP, VB, JavaScript, Python)
  • Appreciation / knowledge of business systems architecture, system administration, and implementation projects
  • Experience in creating test cases and test scenarios would be advantageous
  • Ability to produce high quality systems documentation
