About the Role

We are an experienced Priority Software Gold Partner specialising in implementation and support of Priority ERP Software to a wide customer base across many industries.
We are looking for an application support technician with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to join our support team and assist our customers with their support queries.
The role involves logging service calls, talking directly to customers, troubleshooting software and process related issues, and documenting solutions. As you progress you will have the chance to get involved in upgrades, installations, development, and training customers.

Essential Skills

· Capable of rapidly understanding business and system processes with customers.

· A strong sense of ownership regarding the product and issues arising from its use.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritise according to severity.

· Ability to work well under pressure.

· Desire to learn and understand new concepts.

· Good problem-solving skills.

· Strong Initiative.

· General IT knowledge (Microsoft Applications, servers, browsers, remote desktop connection etc).

· Excellent communication skills both on phone calls and written communication.

Desirable Skills

· Experience with ERP/business systems and applications. (e.g., Priority, MS Dynamics, NetSuite, Sage, Winman, ETC)

· Understanding of Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, MRP, Financials, Bookkeeping or Stock.

· Experience working in a support desk environment.

· Understanding of SQL/SQL databases.
