Having joined Medatech UK in 2023, currently serving as Head of Delivery at Medatech UK, Sithara is responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction across all ERP engagements.

With an MSc in Information Technology and as a PMP-certified project management professional, along with a deep background in ERP consulting, software development, and solution architecture, Sithara combines technical expertise with strong delivery governance to align business objectives with practical, scalable solutions. Having led large teams and complex transformation programs across multiple industries, Sithara is highly experienced in building delivery frameworks, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving continuous improvement.
