Fode Sylla

Fode is the Managing Director of Medatech UK, where he leads the company’s strategy, commercial direction, and overall operational performance. He works closely with senior leadership to ensure high-quality delivery across development, implementation, and support, while maintaining a strong focus on customer outcomes and long-term growth.

Since joining Medatech in 2015, Fode has played a key role in scaling the business and strengthening its ERP capabilities, delivering high-impact solutions to clients across multiple industries.

With a background as a software developer and ERP implementation consultant, combined with strong business insight, Fode brings a deep understanding of both technology and leadership. He has been instrumental in establishing robust governance, scalable processes, and modern delivery frameworks that support consistent, high-quality execution across the organisation.

Fode is passionate about building high-performing, customer-focused teams and empowering leaders to succeed. Under his leadership, Medatech UK continues to deliver Priority ERP projects with precision, responsiveness, and professionalism.

He holds an MSc in Project Management, a BSc in Business Information Technology, and an HND in Computer Science.

Outside of work, Fode enjoys spending time with his family, tackling DIY projects, staying active, and exploring emerging technologies.
