About the Role
Medatech UK, is looking for an Application Support Consultant who has worked with ERP software, or similar commercial business management software
Prospects will receive full cross training of Priority ERP
We would like someone who is keen to learn and progress as there is potential to move on from application support into consulting, once you've learnt the product and spent some time in the support team.
Good communication skills are required as well.
Requirements
The role of Application Support Consultant will involve:
· Taking phone calls from clients, finding out details about problems and logging this in service calls managed in our own copy of Priority.
· Responding to client enquiries
· Taking ownership of each case, working through each one logically and thoroughly
· Using SQL to interrogate problems, and advising the developers where required.
There will be a lot for you to learn and get your teeth into, and you will be fully encouraged to develop yourself and move on into other areas outside of support. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn ERP and SQL in depth, and to progress rapidly into other areas of software consulting.
